Jeffrey Combs
in
Nevermore
An evening with Edgar Allan Poe.
...Prose, Poetry and Perversion...
Celebrate the
bicentennial of Edgar Allan Poe's birth with the star of Re-Animator,
From Beyond, and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine /
Enterprise. Set in 1848, Nevermore
is loosely based on real events and follows Poe on a cross-country
speaking tour fraught with strange occurrences that signal Poe's
descent into madness. Read an interview with writer, Dennis Paoli in FANGORIA.
"BONFIRE
PERFORMANCE
Combs’ performance is definitive, so full-blown he does not
seem to be so much playing Poe as channeling him."
-- LA
Times
"Absolutely
electrifying"- Dread
Central
"GO ...a gorgeous
rendition of a tragic clown whose heart
has been cleaved open by loss and regret...
beautifully directed by Stuart Gordon" - LA
Weekly
"...a must-see for
anyone interested in
tales of horror and the supernatural."- metromix
Written by Dennis
Paoli
Directed by Stuart Gordon
(the writer/director team behind
cult classics Re-Animator and From Beyond)

Imagine
a world where a children's show has a cast of characters with more
psychological disorders than you. Add the mind-numbing debauchery of
the worst, most poorly animated cartoons from the 1950s, '60s, and
'70s, and you've got what Patton Oswalt says is "like a
children's show in Bosnia!"
The unholy alliance of noted author,
producer and cartoon scholar Jerry Beck and
writer/producer/comedian Frank Conniff ("TV's Frank"
from MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000).
